DIRECTIONS
Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Turn right off of the Cabot Trail at the
Wardens Cabin at Big Intervale, 10 km southwest of Cape North. There is parking
here. You may walk down the access road from the first parking area, or you
can drive down to the second parking area and begin hiking there.

Beulach Ban Falls and a picnic site are 2.5 km along the access road. A short
side trail leads from the picnic site to the 20 ft falls.
A hike from the waterfall up a valley to a plateau with a view of the valley
below. Trail travels through mixed forest with large white pine and old red oak
trees. You may want to take a walk up the North Aspy River itself as it is very
scenic.
This is the ski trail sometimes called the Beaulach Ban Falls Trail.
The park itself contains all necessary amenities; including stores, banks,
picnic areas, restaurants, campgrounds and motels.
