DESCRIPTION
The L'Acadien Trail leads you up and along a valley wall and down the other side
offering a great view at a rest area located at one of the highest points. As
the trails begins you will pass through what is mainly a softwood forest, but as
the elevation rises you will notice the forest type changing. Along the way the
trees are mainly hardwood and include ash, mountain maple, oak and beech. Also
found on this trail are wild strawberries and a number of black bears have been
seen here having a snack.
Always remember to leave nothing behind and take nothing out.
